Construction workers for summer and autumn 2026 projects in Kajaani

We are currently looking for construction workers for projects starting in 2026 in the Kajaani area. We are mapping workers in advance for our client companies' future needs so that we can offer work as soon as suitable sites begin.

Sites vary between new construction and renovation projects, and tasks are determined according to your experience and skills. Work may be available for both longer projects and on a gig basis. The work is weekday day work, performed between 7:00 and 15:30.

We are looking for workers for the position who already have experience in construction tasks and an independent way of working. A basic degree in construction or another applicable degree is considered an advantage but is not mandatory. Salary groups 2-4 according to the collective agreement (TES) + personal salary component. This is a staffing agency employment relationship, where Sihti acts as your employer.
