The tasks will vary as the work progresses, and prior experience in the construction field of a few years is preferred. Without prior experience or skills gained through training, success in the role is unlikely.

Responsibilities include wall construction (e.g., interior walls), concrete work, site preparation tasks, and occasional site cleaning.
