Job summary

Destia Oy is seeking a construction supervisor to manage daily operations on our Vaasa site, ensuring safety, quality and on‑time progress on data center projects. You will oversee logistics, scheduling, quality assurance and cost control while coordinating with project managers, designers and subcontractors.

This permanent role requires a technical education such as civil or construction engineering, fluent Finnish, and a proactive, team‑oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• Technical education (e.g., civil engineer, construction engineer).
• Experience in infrastructure project management or related field.
