Job summary

Rekrymesta Henkilöstöpalvelut Oy is seeking a demanding-level construction foreman for element installations in Oulu. You will plan, coordinate and ensure safe, on-time execution of installation work according to plans, quality requirements and schedules.

You will collaborate with site supervisors, designers, suppliers and contractors to keep projects moving smoothly, while maintaining safety and documentation of inspections and progress.

Qualifications

• A suitable higher education degree.
• Solid experience in element installations and site supervision.
• Autonomous, systematic and responsible work approach.
• Good interaction and organizational skills.
• Proficient IT skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate installation steps, lead and supervise installation work.
• Ensure compliance with installation plans and safety and quality assurance.
• Perform related inspections and document progress.
• Collaborate with designers, element suppliers, installation contractors and other project stakeholders.

Job description

We are seeking a demanding-level construction foreman for element installations in Oulu. In this role you will be responsible for planning, coordinating and ensuring safe execution of element installations, making sure the work progresses according to plans, quality requirements and schedules.

• Your duties include planning and coordinating installation steps, leading and supervising installation work, ensuring compliance with installation plans and taking care of safety and quality assurance. You will also be responsible for related inspections and documentation.

• A qualification or prerequisites for qualification.
