Job summary

Carrot Rakennus Oy is seeking a Construction Machinery Mechanic for a long-term, full-time role to install, service, and dismantle construction hoists, cargo hoists, and mast platforms at sites around the Helsinki metropolitan area.

Construction Machinery Mechanic

Role overview: We are looking for a construction machinery mechanic for a long-term, full-time position. Work sites are mostly in the Helsinki metropolitan area, with the client's office in Sipoo from which crews depart each day to the site.

Background: There is no formal vocational training required for this role; a background as a machine fitter, maintenance fitter, car mechanic, or other fitter with solid hands-on skills and problem-solving abilities is suitable. Knowledge of electrical installations and construction work is advantageous. The role is not suited for those with a fear of heights.

Employment type and career path: The job is long-term, with a possibility to move to the client's company's payroll after a temporary assignment.
