Job summary

Nordrec is seeking a motivated construction cleaner for a data center site in Kajaani, Finland. You will keep the site clean, organize work areas, and support fellow workers while following safety rules. Fluent Finnish is required, with previous construction-site cleaning experience.

A valid occupational safety card, good physical condition, and teamwork are essential. You should be willing to grow into supervisory tasks. Start date preferably September (negotiable).

We are seeking a motivated and hardworking construction cleaner to join our team at a data center construction site in Kajaani.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning the construction site and keeping it organized.
• Collecting and disposing of building materials and waste.
• Working closely with other workers.
• Adhering to site safety instructions.

Prerequisites

• Fluent Finnish language.
• Previous experience in construction-site cleaning.
• Good physical condition and ability to work in varying weather conditions.
• Positive attitude and teamwork skills.
• Valid occupational safety card.
• Willingness and ability to grow into supervisory tasks.

Start date preferably in September, but negotiable.

Shift: one shift currently, with a potential switch to two shifts (morning and evening).

Own car is almost essential.

Salary negotiable based on experience and in line with the construction industry collective agreement.
