If so, you might be our new Commercial Director in Finland.

Your Mission

As Commercial Director you will be the first person on ground to build and lead our Finnish sales division in Helsinki. This is a hands-on role where you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining a robust sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting and timely deal closure. You possess the ability to work with sales on a strategic as well as an operative level, where you master an outreach- and consultative sales process.

What You Will Do

• Develop and implement your sales strategy
• Build out the lead marketing machine
• Drive sales and continuously hit and exceed revenue targets
• Once you have hit certain sales targets you will be responsible for hiring, developing and leading a top notch sales team
• Actively participate in budget work and set goals for the organisation
• Follow KPIs and continuously develop and implement action plans to improve results
• Lead end-to-end investment deals from deal sourcing to investment
• Represent CVX at events, gatherings, conferences, etc
• Work closely and in collaboration with other managers
• Report into the CEO.
