Overview

We are looking for a skilled CNC Vertical Lathe Operator for our client in Pori! This is a versatile position in the production of high-quality metal components in a modern machine shop environment.

Responsibilities

• Work independently with a CNC vertical lathe, programming, setting up, and machining short runs of 14 pieces or single components.
• Operate a Fanuc control system and use WinCAM for programming.
• Work with rotating tools; experience in milling is essential.
• Perform quality control and measurements according to technical drawings.
• Possibly participate in the development of production processes.
• Two-shift position requirement; communicate fluently in Finnish or English.

• Previous experience operating CNC vertical lathes.
• Milling experience is required for this specific machine.
• Ability to read technical drawings and use measuring tools confidently.
• Independent and precise work style with good problem-solving skills.
