AISAPARI HR seeks a skilled CNC professional to operate a TosHulin PowerTurn 2500 C-M vertical turning centre in a three-shift environment. You will read engineering drawings, program with G-code, and ensure precision on large and heavy workpieces.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.

• Willingness to work a three-shift schedule.
• Experience with large and heavy workpieces is advantageous.
• Experience operating an underhung overhead crane is advantageous.

We are looking for a skilled and technically oriented CNC professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be capable of operating a large-scale TosHulin PowerTurn 2500 C-M vertical turning centre. The role requires precision, as well as a strong understanding of metal-cutting technology and CNC programming.

Machine and Control System

• Machine: TosHulin PowerTurn 2500 C-M vertical turning centre
• Control system: Siemens SINUMERIK 840D SL

Requirements

• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
• Knowledge of metal-cutting technology and machining processes.
• Proficiency in G-code-based programming (ISO 6983).
• Willingness to work a three-shift schedule.

The Following Will Be Considered an Advantage

• Experience in manufacturing and machining large and heavy workpieces.
• Experience operating an underhung overhead crane.

Versatile CNC programming skills, particularly in:

• Polar and cylindrical coordinate systems.
• Subprograms.
• Parametric programming.

• Strong technical aptitude and the ability to work independently, carefully and systematically.
