Econia Oy is seeking a motivated CNC Press Brake Programmer / Operator to join our manufacturing team in Finland. You will program, set up and operate CNC press brake machines according to technical drawings and specifications.

Ideal candidates have experience with sheet metal fabrication, strong accuracy, good English, and the ability to work both independently and in a team. We offer modern machinery, stable employment and opportunities for training and career development.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as CNC Press Brake Operator.
• Ability to program CNC press brake machines independently.
• Good understanding of technical drawings and measurement tools.
• Experience with sheet metal fabrication.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good English communication skills.
• Vocational education in metal industry or related field is an advantage.
• You are already in Finland or EU country.

Responsibilities

• Program, set up, and operate CNC press brake machines.
• Interpret technical drawings and engineering specifications.
• Select appropriate tooling and machine settings.
• Perform quality inspections and measurements of finished products.
• Ensure production targets and quality standards are met.
• Troubleshoot machine and production issues.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
• Cooperate with production and engineering teams.
