SME Careers is seeking chemists and safety professionals to audit how AI models respond to sensitive chemical safety questions. You will classify requests, evaluate model outputs for safety and accuracy, and help shape responses for responsible use.

Applicants should have a bachelor’s in a chemistry-related field and several years of chemical safety experience, with strong written English and careful ethical judgment. This role emphasizes meticulous rubric-based evaluation and clear feedback.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Toxicology, Environmental Health & Safety, Industrial Hygiene, Hazardous Materials Management, or closely related field.
• 3+ years of professional experience in chemical safety, laboratory safety, hazardous materials handling, EHS, toxicology, industrial hygiene or related safety work.
• Strong understanding of chemical hazards, including toxicity, corrosivity, flammability, reactivity and exposure routes.
• Familiarity with Safety Data Sheets, GHS, risk assessments, SOPs and incident escalation procedures.

Responsabilidades

• Develop AI training content: create prompts and responses to guide AI learning.
• Evaluate and rank AI responses to improve accuracy and contextual relevance.
• Review AI-generated chemical safety content for technical accuracy and safety alignment.
