Overview

Step into the culinary wonder of Lapland! We are looking for passionate professionals to join us in Ylläs, where our restaurant opened in December 2024 and combines the art of open-fire grilling, pure northern ingredients, and uncompromising quality. We are part of Miilu Resort, located on the shores of Lake Ylläsjärvi, serving guests seven days a week during peak season from morning until evening.

We are looking for
  • Previous kitchen experience (more required for Head Chef role)
  • Interest in open-fire cooking or a willingness to learn
  • Professionalism, attention to detail, and a passion for the craft
  • The ability to stay calm and positive under pressure
  • For Head Chef: team leadership skills, strong organizational abilities, and the capability to help build the kitchen operation from the ground up
  • Driver\'s license (preferred but not mandatory)

Work begins with the autumn season in September and continues through the winter season from December to May. The exact duration and start date of the contract can be flexibly agreed upon based on the applicant\'s situation.
