Job summary

Välkky HR is seeking a carpenter for interior renovation sites in Tampere, close to the city centre. We welcome candidates at the start of their career, so only modest experience is required.

The role covers demolition, framing, boarding, furniture installation, trimming and other finishing tasks. You will work independently, coordinating with a small two-carpenter crew, and contribute to varied projects around Tampere.

Job description

A client is carrying out renovations and new construction (including houses and halls) in the Pirkanmaa region. The company is known for its ability to fulfil even the most unusual customer requests.

We are now seeking a carpenter for interior renovation sites in Tampere, near the city center. We are open to candidates at the start of their career, so several years of experience as a carpenter are not required.

The role includes a variety of interior renovation tasks such as demolition, framing, boarding, furniture installation, trimming, and other finishing works. The job is independent and requires good overall coordination and neat workmanship.

Work is carried out at sites with two carpenters. It is a fixed-term position for a few months depending on project progression, with potential continuation if demand grows. Start date is to be agreed.
