Job summary

Visio Henkilöstöratkaisut is seeking skilled carpenters for the Oulu region. You will work independently on framing, renovation and restoration tasks, with a focus on fit-outs, flooring and finishing touches.

The role requires construction education, several years of experience and valid safety cards or plans to obtain them before start. Finnish language skills and strong work ethic are essential.

Qualifications

• Construction-related education is required.
• Several years of construction experience are preferred.
• Ability to obtain safety/occupational cards before start.

Responsibilities

• Frame and partition work as part of residential and commercial projects.
• Pour concrete floors and ensure level surfaces.
• Install trims, panels, laminates, windows and doors.
• Perform painting and furniture installation as needed.

Duties

• Frame and partition work
• Concrete floor pours
• Leveling and smoothing of walls and floors
• Painting
• Laminate and furniture installation
• Trim and paneling
• Window and door installation
• Miscellaneous concrete works

Requirements

• Construction-related education
• Several years of experience
• Valid trade cards (safety card) or plan to obtain them before start
• Good Finnish language skills
• High work ethic
• Strong social skills to communicate with various stakeholders
