Pure Data Centres Group is seeking a DC Manager in Seinäjoki, Finland, to own end-to-end site operations, performance, and outcomes. You will align on-site functions through direct and matrix leadership to deliver service excellence.

You will oversee health and safety, engineering, facilities, security, and customer service with full P&L accountability and responsibility for the site's financial results, resilience, and efficiency.

This is a full-time position based in Seinäjoki, Finland.

Job description

The Data Centre (DC) Manager is the accountable business leader for the site, with end-to-end ownership of its operations, performance, and outcomes. This role carries full responsibility for directing and integrating all on-site functions including health and safety, engineering, facilities management, security, and customer service through a combination of direct management and matrix leadership. The DC Manager holds full P&L accountability and is the owner of the site’s financial results. Acting as the central point of leadership, the role ensures that all activities comply with company policies, industry standards, regulatory requirements, and operational procedures. Above all, the DC Manager is accountable for maintaining high service quality, safeguarding resilience, and driving the efficient, safe, and effective delivery of all site services.
