The Role

We’re seeking a Senior Business Support Analyst to join our Water Treatment business.

In this key role, you’ll provide operational and commercial support to our sales teams — ensuring smooth processes, accurate data, and excellent customer experience.

The role can be based remotely in Finland or Poland, working closely with a collaborative international team.

What You’ll Do

  • Act as a Salesforce power user, managing customer data, quotes, and documentation.
  • Support sales with customer proposals, tenders, and records management.
  • Handle sample requests, shipments, and supplier coordination.
  • Assist with purchasing processes, POs, and indirect procurement.
  • Ensure consistent use of sales materials, templates, and tools.
  • Partner across sales, marketing, and regulatory teams to improve processes.
  • Train users and drive Salesforce efficiency across the business.

About You

  • 3+ years’ experience in business support, sales operations, or commercial coordination.
  • Fluent in Finnish and English (Swedish a plus).
  • Strong knowledge of SAP and Salesforce (3+ years with each).
  • Background in water treatment or industrial sectors is an advantage.
  • Organized, proactive, and collaborative with strong Excel skills.
