Job summary

Vaattunki Wilderness Resort, located right next to the Arctic Circle Hiking Area, is a destination with a strong history. In summer 2025, the resorts concept and brand will undergo a complete renewal. The new Vaattunki will open its doors to travelers for the winter season 2025, offering a more immersive and high-quality experience than ever before. Our resort combines premium accommodation, an inspiring restaurant experience, and stunning surroundings in the heart of Lapland2c. Our restaurant serves breakfast, lunch, and high-quality plated dinners. As a breakfast chef, your main responsibility is the preparation and presentation of a high-standard breakfast buffet. Additionally, you will prepare made-to-order dishes at the breakfast live station according to customer preferences.

We are looking for BREAKFAST CHEFS for the Vaattunki Wilderness Resort restaurant.

Responsibilities

• As a chef, you will be part of an international team serving primarily international guests staying at the resort during the winter season, along with individual and group diners visiting the area.
• Ensure a unique and memorable taste experience for every guest.
• Prepare and present a high-standard breakfast buffet.
• Prepare made-to-order dishes at the breakfast live station according to customer preferences.

What we expect from you
