Job summary

RekryMesta is seeking a bitumen insulation worker to operate across Uusimaa (Espoo, Helsinki, Vantaa). The role covers installation and repair of bitumen roofing, sealing, waterproofing, penetrations, and maintenance. Strong teamwork and independent work capability are valued, with Finnish or English proficiency required.

Candidates with prior roof works and waterproofing experience are preferred. A B-class license and own car are advantageous.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in bitumen insulation work.
• Valid occupational safety and hot-work certificates.
• Proactive and cooperative attitude.
• Careful workmanship.
• Good collaboration and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Finnish or English.

Responsibilities

• Install and repair bitumen roofing, sealing and waterproofing.
• Perform penetrations installations and sealants.
• Carry out various maintenance tasks on roofs.
• Inspect and repair roof structures.
• Work across diverse sites within Uusimaa.
