Overview

Kakslauttanen Arctic Resort, home of the iconic Glass Igloos is an enchanting, otherworldly destination located 250km north of the Arctic Circle in Finnish Lapland.

Contract is seasonal, starting November until end of March 2026. We provide full hours, 112,5h/3week period.

Responsibilities

Your role is very important as you will make sure that the customers are in the right place at the right time. You will be driving customers in the resort area, for instance to their activities or to their accommodation. You will work closely with the reception department, and your team leader will guide you during your employment.

The person we are looking for is:

• Previous experience driving in snowy conditions is needed, as it's very important that our customers are having a safe ride.
• Knowledge how to drive a van (manual). Our cars are mainly Ford Transit.
• Good physical condition as you will be helping customers with their luggage and sometimes those can be heavy!
• B-driving license
• Skill of working under pressure, during the busiest season working day can be at times hectic!
• Ability to work independently after training
• Customer service oriented
• Flexible in working different shifts
• Previous experience working in a place, where there is a lot of customers is an advantage
