Your mission

What is this job about? We are looking for an Integration expert to design and implement solutions for the integration of various applications and systems at our customers. Combining your understanding of business processes, data flows in enterprise systems and application interfaces you utilise the cutting-edge WORKATO integration and automation solution to simplify, accelerate and automate customer's IT. You typically work in a team with other experts, developers and project managers to design, build and test collaborative solutions that provide business value to our customers. You will eventually master the WORKATO Platform technology (or already have experience with it) in conjunction with modern software engineering practices for developing top notch integrations and automation through agile projects. You will develop solution features following WORKATO\'s development best practices, ensuring solution performance and you will develop integrations with external systems according to defined architecture guidelines.

Detailed responsibilities and duties:

  • Analyse, investigate, design and implement integration and/or automation solutions for our customers
  • Deliver with quality and follow best practices, ensuring scalability and performance.
  • Test and troubleshoot code (also peer review with colleagues), debug and fix integration implementation problems
  • Review and refactor based on platform best practices
  • Study and research challenging tasks
  • Provide suggestion and ideas in solution architecture
  • Be an active and helpful member of the technical team
  • Understand customer-side technical architecture and IT landscape
  • Be always on the look-out for new opportunities to improve solutions and bring additional value to our customers and eSystems

Education level:

  • BSc. or MSc. in Computer Science or Business with IT major

Experience:

  • +5 years in relevant consulting or expert roles
  • Proficiency in English, technical and business (written and spoken)
  • Familiar with Agile methodologies
  • Proficiency with at least one programming language: C#/Java/Ruby/Javascript/Python
  • Experience with Business Process Modelling
  • Prior experience with RPA is a huge plus (e.g. with UIPath, Blueprism etc.)
  • Experience with integration solutions such as Boomi, Mulesoft or Informatica
  • Experience with IPaaS technologies
  • Good practical experience with enterprise software architecture
  • Project experience and good feedback/references from previous project

We especially value industry-specific experience from application integration in the areas of health services, finance and the utilities market.

Certifications (preferable but not mandatory):

  • Workato
  • UIPath RPA Associate or similar
