Adven Group Oy is seeking an automation engineer in Vantaa to strengthen our production automation and ensure cost-efficient plant operation. You will maintain, develop, and implement automation solutions across our distributed plants, working closely with project teams and operation experts.

We have a long and solid experience of over 50 years in the energy sector and currently about 350 sites in different Nordic and Baltic countries.
We are looking for an automation engineer in Vantaa to strengthen our automation organization
Our production organization's over 250 experts work with processes critical for customers. They ensure reliable energy supply and constantly strive to improve the performance of the plants. The plants are geographically widespread.
Our automation team supports operation and maintenance experts by ensuring that plant operation is cost-effective and disruptions are kept to a minimum. We monitor several different plants remotely around the clock and utilize the team's expertise in solving fault situations and optimizing processes. The operation of our energy production plants is highly automated, which enables centralized management and continuous development work.
As an automation engineer, you will be responsible for the maintenance, development and automation implementations of Adven's production automation. At the center of your work are system availability, reliability and cost-efficiency. You will be responsible for the procurement of automation systems and equipment, periodic testing and participate in automation design and maintenance of plans. In your position, you will develop and maintain automation solutions in close cooperation with project teams and operation and maintenance experts of the production plants.
Your primary place of work is Adven's Vantaa office. We work flexibly according to a hybrid model combining office and remote work (on average about 3 days a week in the office and 2 remotely).
