Job summary

Roschier is looking to hire Associate Trainees to join its practice teams in Helsinki for a period from March 2027 to September 2027. As an Associate Trainee you will work alongside our lawyers on client-related work, draft documents, perform translations, and develop problem-based analyses of applicable laws.

You will also participate in Roschier University and receive mentoring to support your professional growth.

Are you a law student interested in business law, and want to gain experience from working at a law firm? We are now looking to hire law students for the role as an Associate Trainee for a period spanning from March 2027 to September 2027.

Working as an Associate Trainee at Roschier

In the Associate Trainee program, you have the chance to apply your legal knowledge in practice in a challenging and ever-changing business law environment. All our trainees are part of the team from day one, taking responsibility and actively assisting our lawyers in client-related work and other matters. Our Associate Trainees have a similar job profile to Associates in the early stages of their careers, as the tasks may include drafting documents, making legal translations, or preparing problem-based analyses of the application of different laws.
