In the Associate Trainee program, you have the chance to apply your legal knowledge in practice in a challenging and ever-changing business law environment. All our trainees are part of the team from day one, taking responsibility and actively assisting our lawyers in client-related work and other matters. To support your development, we offer an extensive learning program through Roschier University, tailored to support you at every step of your professional development and equip you with the professional skills you need to excel in your role as an Associate Trainee and in your career. You will be assigned a tutor and a mentor whose role is to support you in learning and navigating your new role, getting to know the team, and welcoming you into Roschier's culture of teamwork, professionalism and client centricity.
We are looking for candidates interested in business law, who have completed at least 180 law school study credits by March 2027.

Strong oral and written communication skills, along with fluency in both Finnish and English, are required to excel in this role.
We are currently looking to hire Associate Trainees to at least the following practice areas. If one or more of these areas are of particular interest to you, we encourage you to mention this in your cover letter. You may also apply without a specific team preference or indicate that you are open to all opportunities.
