Job summary

Henkilöstöliiga Turku Oy is seeking workers for Turku-area landscaping projects with morning shifts. Tasks include carrying soil, laying turf, and jointing, with varied durations from short gigs to longer projects.

Applicants should have some landscaping or construction experience, be prepared for physical work, and possess fluent Finnish and an occupational safety card. Pays according to the collective agreement, commonly 13€/h, with potential for future opportunities.

Tasks include, among others, carrying and spreading soil, preparing bases, laying turf, and jointing. In addition, other general landscaping tasks. Working hours are morning shifts on weekdays. Durations vary from short gigs to longer projects. Locations are in the Turku area at changing sites. The sites are most commonly construction sites and other landscaping projects.

Expectations

• Some previous experience in construction or landscaping tasks.
• We expect interest and readiness for physical work.
• The work involves carrying, lifting, and repetitive motions.
• The employee must also be willing to get their hands dirty.
• The job requires good physical condition, a careful approach to work, initiative, as well as good teamwork skills and a positive work attitude.
• The tasks require fluent Finnish language skills and an occupational safety card.
