Job summary

Go On Finland Oy is seeking a motivated assembler/equipment technician to join our production team in Kankaanpää. The role covers varied assembly work across production stages and related duties. The ideal candidate is proactive, eager to learn, and capable of teamwork.

Education or specific experience is helpful but not mandatory—the right attitude matters most. Working hours are full-time with flexible hours, daytime work with potential shift work as needed. Location: Kankaanpää.

Responsibilities

Job description

We are seeking a motivated and proactive assembler/equipment technician to strengthen our production team. The tasks include diverse assembly work at different stages of production and related duties.

What we expect from you:

• a willingness and motivation to work in assembly tasks
• attitude and interest in learning the field
• prior experience, education or hobby related to mechanical assembly or similar is a plus

Education or work experience in the field is not mandatory—the right attitude matters!

Working hours: full-time (40 h/week) with flexible hours. The work primarily takes place during the daytime, but may also include shift work if needed. Work begins once suitable candidates are found.
