Job summary

We are seeking a commercially strong leader to become Area Manager for a literacy-focused, better life purpose store network in Southern Finland. The role covers a full‑time position based in the Helsinki region with travel to multiple locations. You will oversee 19 stores and ~170 staff, reporting to the Sales & Marketing Director and acting as line manager to 7 store managers. You will drive profitability, uniform concepts, and store development. You will lead with customer focus and bring customer insight and a growth mindset to develop sales and customer experience. You will mentor, coach and support store managers, develop team competence, and maintain the best possible customer experience and service concept in Finland. The area manager salary range is 5000–6000 €/month and will be refined based on experience and competence.
