• Around +7 years of relevant work experience; ideally previous consulting experience in working with Finnish organizations
• Client references that wow us
• Experience working with AI projects either in the GenAI, Agentic AI, or Machine Learning space. The space is large and many kinds of different niche skills are relevant to our customers - no need to know them all
• Ideally opportunity to visit client\'s premises in Helsinki metropolitan area on a weekly basis
• Ideally fluent Finnish and English skills
