Job summary

DNV Cyber is seeking talent to safeguard critical operations through AI-driven improvements. You will learn our processes and enhance team throughput by leveraging AI tools across the entire service delivery lifecycle, from scoping to close-out.

You will influence how external services are delivered by integrating local models with frontier cloud models, creating robust hybrid solutions. Prototyping and presenting in meetings with cybersecurity experts will be central to the role.

Qualifications

• Coding experience: Python and/or JavaScript.
• DevOps background with CI/CD pipelines.
• Researcher background: capacity to understand AI research and papers.
• Knowledge of LangChain or similar frameworks is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify gaps in internal processes and improve the team’s throughput using AI.

About The Role

DNV Cyber is a leading cybersecurity services provider, formed by merging Nixu, Applied Risk and DNV in 2024. Role And Responsibilities

We are seeking for candidates who can identify gaps in our internal processes and make them more efficient. You will learn how we operate and improve the team’s throughput by using AI tools. The entire service delivery process, from project scoping to project close‑out, will fall within the scope of your work.

You will also influence how we deliver our external services through the use of AI. You must stay up to date with the latest developments in cloud‑based and local models to understand their capabilities and how they can be applied to DNV Cyber’s offensive security services. You will need to build orchestration that links local models with general purpose frontier cloud models, creating hybrid solutions that combine the strengths of both approaches.

Prototyping, presenting in meetings, and working closely with cybersecurity experts will be a significant part of the role, so you should feel comfortable with these tasks.

About You

Candidates should have the following experience:

• Coding experience: Capacity to build and understand code, especially Python and/or JavaScript.
• DevOps background: Knowledge on deployment practices and building CI/CD pipelines.
• Researcher background: Capacity to understand and consume AI research and academic papers.
• Knowledge of LangChain, or other frameworks for building agents and LLM-powered applications is a plus.

• Data scientist background is a benefit.
• Experience as a consultant is valuable as well.
