Qualifications

• Experience leading AI data labeling teams.
• Proven software engineering background in a technical environment.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end quality and delivery for AI data projects and review technical work for accuracy and consistency.
• Lead, coach, and performance-manage a team of AI Tutors, including reviews and development plans.
• Participate in labeling, annotation, evaluation, and review activities to maintain high standards.
