Qualifications

• Solid experience setting up and operating CNC milling machines.
• Hands-on experience with 5-axis machining.
• Familiarity with Heidenhain controls.
• Ability to read technical drawings and apply tolerances accurately.
• Attention to surface quality and detail.
• Good communication skills in Finnish or English.

Responsabilités

• Setting up and operating 5-axis DMG Mori milling machines using Heidenhain controls.
• Machining parts from copper, AISI 316 stainless steel, brass, aluminium, and POM.
• Working with part sizes ranging from 5 to 360 mm in diameter.
• Producing small series (typically under 10 pieces) with accuracy and consistency.
• Maintaining tight tolerances and high surface quality standards where required.
• Reading and interpreting technical drawings and machining programs.
• Carrying out quality checks and ensuring finished parts meet specifications.
• Contributing to a clean, organized, and safe workshop environment.
