Job summary

Workero in Kajaani seeks an experienced excavator operator for a project across the Kajaani area. The role requires operating 30–50 ton excavators with 3D machine control (Novatron) and a safety-focused approach. Housing is provided for travelers, and a valid safety card plus Finnish language proficiency are required.

Travel may be 7 days a week with night shifts possible. You need own transportation to access worksites.

Job description

We are seeking experienced 3D-capable excavator operators for a customer project in Kajaani. The ideal candidate has several years of experience operating 30-50 ton excavators in diverse earthworks and/or infrastructure construction tasks, and prior experience with 3D machine control. The role requires independent work and a safety-conscious approach. Work starts in August and is planned to last until the end of the year, with potential extension within the project; location across the Kajaani area with housing provided for travelers.

Responsibilities include 3D machine control operation (Novatron), 7/7 travel and night shifts possibly, and maintaining work safety standards. You will need a valid safety card and Finnish language proficiency. Own transportation is required to access the worksite.

We offer a wage under the InfA collective agreement or higher, with hourly wage between €15.71 and €20 depending on skill and experience, paid on time. We also offer interesting and varied tasks, and the client company provides housing. You will have a dedicated contact person at Workero to support you in all employment matters.
