- Providing excellent and timely national customer support via technical consulting and assistance for customers (sales representatives, FSP, installers) involving pre-sales asistance, PV system-sizing and monitoring
- Assisting with support cases via phone and / or email as well as on-site when necessary
- Training customers (conducting seminars) in house or on-site
- Creating technical and training material
- Assisting in national Sales Exhibitions or Trade Fairs
- Interface function with Technical Support International
- Diploma in electronics
- Professional education
- Training / knowledge in renewable energies would be a plus
- Professional experience
- Professional experience in customer service, repair / after sales service
- Customer orientated attitude
- Have a self-motivated attitude with the ability to solve problems and provide superb technical advice
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong MS Office skills including MS Dynamics CRM
- Technical understanding and eagerness to learn
- Willingness to travel
- National language as a native language
- Spoken and written English incl. technical vocabulary
- Basic German an advantage
