• Teaching Staff Management: Coordinate, mentor, and evaluate the Primary teaching team. Lead pedagogical meetings and recruit new staff.
• Student Monitoring: Oversee students’ academic, social, and emotional progress. Ensure a safe, inclusive learning environment.
