Formación

  • Experiencia mínima de 3 años en un rol similar.
  • Proficiencia en SQL, AMPscript, y JavaScript.
  • Conocimientos en desarrollo de HTML y CSS.

Responsabilidades

  • Coordinar el avance técnico del proyecto y asesorar al equipo de desarrollo.
  • Supervisar estimaciones de esfuerzo y apoyar en la fase de pruebas.
  • Colaborar en la identificación de riesgos y oportunidades para Up & Cross Selling.

Omega CRM is a Merkle & Dentsu company, leader in development of Customer Experience services, with +20 years of experience in the use of Technology applied to Marketing and providing a unique Customer Relationship with mainly focus on Innovation is looking for a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Technical Lead.

The Technical Lead in Omega’s Marketing team is responsible for ensuring the technical progress of the project, advising all technical roles involved throughout the various stages, and ensuring that the development team works to meet both client and company expectations regarding technical quality and project profitability. This includes identifying potential gaps and advising on the best solutions.



They should serve as a technical reference, possessing in-depth knowledge of the platform’s technical background, and act as a guide for the growth and development of other team members. The Technical Lead works in close collaboration with the Project Manager, Delivery Manager, and the Client Lead.

Main responsibilities:

Projects

Support the commercial and functional teams on assigned accounts when technical knowledge of the solution is required: solution design, estimation, and assumptions. Support the PM/DM in technical leadership of the project, providing in-depth technical knowledge of the platform and identifying the best solution to meet the project’s functional requirements. Detect and report risks related to the technical management of project/client profitability. Ensure the smooth progress of the project in terms of Scope, Timeline, and Costs, alerting and anticipating any potential deviations to the PM/DM. Ensure the achievement of the project’s technical objectives. Ensure compliance with the software quality standards agreed upon with Omega’s Technical Management.



Supervise the development team’s effort estimates and provide support during the testing phase of a project. Ensure the final delivery of the technical documentation for a project.

Solutions

Provide effort estimations for marketing and martech projects. Collaborate with the PM/DM on project demos for the client. Identify potential opportunities for Up & Cross Selling from a technical perspective. Identify potential methodological improvements for the technical team. Work collaboratively with technology providers when the project requires it. Identify potential methodological improvements for the technical team. Team and Training





Collaborate within Omega’s community of practice by sharing technical knowledge. Collaborate within Omega’s community of practice by providing thought leadership, training, and mentoring to other team members to develop their technical skills. Participate in the development and training of the technical team, advising them to improve their technical capabilities.

Skills

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role Experience in Data Cloud and Personalization projects. Proficiency in SQL, AMPscript, and JavaScript Experience in HTML and CSS development Salesforce certifications are an asset. High level of English
