Hewlett Packard Enterprise seeks a WW Content Marketing Manager to define and execute integrated communications and content initiatives that support HP Additive Manufacturing's worldwide priorities.

You will drive messaging across audiences, strengthen executive visibility, and enable engaging internal and external communications.

Formación

• Engineering background or Bachelor’s/Master’s in marketing, Business Administration, or related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• Approx. 3 years in product marketing, channel marketing, or similar B2B marketing roles.
• Knowledge of HP processes and experience with HP marketing teams is a plus.

The role drives consistent messaging across internal and external audiences, strengthens executive and brand visibility, supports employee engagement programs, and enables effective communication of key business priorities.This position collaborates closely with worldwide marketing teams, leadership, product management, sales, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver high-impact communications, thought leadership initiatives, digital content, and engagement programs that enhance awareness, alignment, and business growth.Key Responsibilities**1. Communication Strategy & Content Development*** Define and execute communication strategies aligned with worldwide marketing priorities and business objectives.* Develop messaging, storytelling, and content that support product, brand, and thought leadership initiatives.* Ensure consistency and quality of communications across audiences, channels, and geographies.**2. Digital Content & Executive Positioning*** Lead digital content and thought leadership initiatives that strengthen HP AM’s visibility and market positioning.* Manage content strategies, editorial calendars, and messaging across digital channels.* Support executive communications and optimize content performance to maximize engagement and impact.**3. Internal Communications & Employee Engagement*** Lead internal communication programs that drive organizational awareness, alignment, and engagement.* Manage business communication channels and strategic leadership updates.* Design and support employee engagement and recognition initiatives.* Ensure communications align with corporate messaging and branding standards.**4. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Program Support*** Partner with marketing, product, sales, and leadership teams to support strategic initiatives and business priorities.* Coordinate communication plans, content development, and stakeholder alignment across projects.* Support events, campaigns, and multimedia initiatives through effective planning and execution.**5.
