A leading multinational gaming company in Barcelona is seeking a Workplace Specialist to manage office operations and support workplace culture. Ideal candidates are fluent in Spanish and English, have at least 1 year of experience in office support, and possess strong organizational skills. This part-time onsite role includes responsibilities in facilities management, onboarding, and administrative tasks. An annual salary of 11,000€ is offered.

Formación

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in an office-based or workplace support role.
  • Must be available to work onsite part time from 9 am to 1 pm.
  • Experience in Facilities or Health & Safety is a plus.

Responsabilidades

  • Monitor and manage office supplies and maintenance.
  • Assist in onboarding and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Provide general administrative support and documentation management.
  • Act as a key leader for Fire Safety within the studio.

Key Responsibilities and Activities
Office & Facilities Management
  • Monitor and manage supplies (stationery, furniture, subscriptions, appliances, electronics, consumables).
  • Coordinate contractors and service providers to ensure the office remains clean, safe, and well‑maintained.
  • Maintain positive relationships with vendors and suppliers.
  • Oversee postage, courier services, shipping, and billing.
  • Ensure compliance with security, access control, and health & safety policies.
People & Culture Support
  • Assist in onboarding and inducting new employees.
  • Support engagement initiatives and office events.
  • Welcome visitors, clients, and colleagues to ensure a professional and friendly experience.
Administrative Tasks
  • Book travel and accommodation for visiting team members or talent.
  • Provide general administrative support and manage office‑related documentation.
  • Support cross‑functional studio projects and handle ad‑hoc tasks as required.
Safety & Compliance
  • Act as a key leader for Fire Safety within the studio.
  • Assist with implementing and monitoring health and safety practices together with P&C.
Qualifications and Educational Requirements
  • Fluent in Spanish and English (written and spoken).
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in an office‑based or workplace support role.
  • Excellent organizational skills and high attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, creative environment.
  • Must be available to work onsite part time from 9 am to 1 pm.
  • Experience in Facilities or Health & Safety is a plus.
