Concentrix in Barcelona is seeking a Working Team Leader (English-speaking) to lead a sales team and achieve targets. You will identify prospects, manage pipeline, and ensure client satisfaction while delivering profitable growth. This full-time role includes 39 hours/week, a fixed schedule, and comprehensive training.

Formación

• Fluent or bilingual in English.

Responsabilidades

• Execute and achieve sales quota and targets.
• Identify and qualify prospects and deciders in targeted companies.
• Drive profitability through proactive management.
• Track, manage, and report ongoing activity relative to sales pipeline.
• Review client satisfaction and escalate issues when necessary.
• Communicate client feedback for follow-up on potential business.
• Respond promptly to customer/partner inquiries and requests.
• Prepare commercial and technical service proposals; ensure proposals are sound.

What you will do in this role

As a Working Team Leader on our team, you will:

• Execute and achieve sales quota and targets
• Identify and qualify prospects and deciders in the targeted companies
• Focus on driving profitability through proactive management
• Track, manage, and report ongoing activity relative to sales pipeline
• Review level of client satisfaction and escalating issues when necessary
• Communicate client feedback to appropriate parties for follow upon potential business
• Timely response and resolution of incoming customer or partner calls regarding, customer inquiries and request
• Prepare commercial and technical service proposals and ensure such proposals are technically and commercially sound
• Make outbound calls to existing customers when required
