What you will be doing

As part of the Workforce Insights team, this role partners with the business to create and develop the core set of workforce and talent data KPIs. The primary focus is to support the business with reporting, collect and interpret data to provide actionable insights, and translate reporting requirements into KPI tracking and dashboards.

  • Manage, prioritise, and deliver new insight requests from the business across the EMEA region.
  • Collect, analyse, and interpret workforce data to provide insights and recommendations that support business decision-making and strategic planning.
  • Translate business reporting requirements into standardized reporting, KPI tracking, and dashboard processes.
  • Implement and uphold business intelligence policies, including data definitions, data quality, and analytics standards.
  • Provide specialist advice on the interpretation of HR data, resolving queries and clearly explaining insights to stakeholders.
  • Maintain and create scalable workforce data models within Microsoft Fabric to establish a structured reporting foundation.
  • Working across Excel, PowerBI and Microsoft Fabric to create meaningful and impactful dashboards, insights and charts as required by the business

We're looking for a data-driven professional who is passionate about transforming complex workforce data into meaningful insights that support strategic decision-making. You will combine strong analytical skills with the ability to communicate compelling data stories to senior stakeholders across the business.

Key Skills & Experience
  • Proven experience in HR Analytics, Business Intelligence, or a related data-focused role, with the ability to turn complex workforce data into actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Advanced expertise in Microsoft Power BI, including the development of robust DAX measures, dashboards, and reports that drive business performance.
  • Experience with Microsoft Fabric, including data preparation, modelling, visualisation, and workspace management.
  • Strong understanding of data analytics, data architecture, and reporting best practices.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify trends, solve complex business problems, and drive continuous process improvement through data-led solutions.
  • Knowledge of data modelling, systems thinking, risk analysis, and business process optimisation.
  • Experience working with large, multicultural organisations and engaging effectively with senior leadership teams.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, presentation, and facilitation skills, with the ability to influence audiences at all levels.
  • Strong planning, prioritisation, and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple competing demands.
  • Adaptable, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment undergoing change.
  • Exposure to programming, automation, machine learning, or AI technologies would be advantageous.
Qualifications
  • Ideally educated to Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Management Information Systems (MIS), or another quantitative discipline. With studies in Finance, Economics, Human Resources, or related fields also considered, providing there is also strong technical expertise in business intelligence, data modelling, and analytics.
