A premium nautical company based in Santa Eulalia del Río is seeking an Office Manager to oversee a variety of operational duties, ensuring smooth organization within their team. The ideal candidate will manage administrative tasks, coordinate charters, and provide exceptional client communication. Fluency in English is mandatory, while knowledge of Spanish is a plus. We are looking for an Office Manager to join our headquarters in Marina Santa Eulalia (Ibiza) and become part of our core operations.

Your mission:

You’ll be the operational heartbeat of the company, ensuring that our administration, charters, and client experience run with precision and care.

Key responsibilities:
  • Full administrative management: invoices, contracts, client registrations, and reports
  • Charter coordination: check-ins, check-outs, and client documentation
  • Office management: logistics, suppliers, and inventory
  • Financial follow-up: Excel tracking and reporting (fuel, expenses, etc.)
  • Client communication: email, phone, and front-desk coordination
We’re looking for someone who:
  • Is highly organized, structured, and reliable
  • Has strong communication and administrative skills
  • Feels at home in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
  • Speaks fluent English (Spanish and other languages are a plus)
  • Is motivated to grow with us long term
