JD Logistics is seeking a Warehouse Manager in Galicia to lead all warehouse operations, ensuring efficient receiving, storage, inventory control, and order fulfillment while maintaining safety and productivity standards.

You will develop warehouse strategies, plan layouts, drive digital transformation, and collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Transportation, Commercial, and Customer Service to optimize performance. Fluency in Spanish and English is required; Mandarin is a plus.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years of warehouse management experience.

Responsabilidades

• Develop warehouse strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Design warehouse standards, annual operating plans, and management systems.
• Plan warehouse layouts and equipment configurations.
• Drive warehouse standardization, digital transformation, and smart warehouse initiatives to continuously improve operational efficiency.
• Oversee all warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, inventory control, cycle counting, picking, packing, and order fulfillment.
• Monitor key operational KPIs, including inventory accuracy, stock turnover, productivity, and service performance.
• Optimize workflows, warehouse processes, and resource allocation to improve operational efficiency while reducing errors and inventory losses.
• Recruit, coach, develop, and manage warehouse teams.
• Foster a high-performance culture focused on accountability, engagement, and continuous learning.
• Build effective organizational structures to support business growth.
• Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety regulations and company policies.
• Manage operational risks, business continuity, emergency situations, and incident response to maintain a safe working environment.
• Partner closely with Transportation, Commercial, Customer Service, Engineering, and Supply Chain teams to optimize end-to-end operations.
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives to improve operational performance and customer satisfaction.
• Gather customer feedback and translate insights into continuous warehouse service improvements.
• Support business growth by enhancing operational competitiveness and service quality.

About the Team

You'll join the JD Logistics Operations team, where collaboration, ownership, innovation, and continuous improvement are at the heart of everything we do.

As a Warehouse Manager, you will lead all warehouse operations, ensuring efficient receiving, storage, inventory management, and order fulfillment while maintaining the highest standards of safety, operational excellence, and productivity.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Planning & Warehouse Development

• Develop warehouse strategies aligned with the company's business objectives.
• Design warehouse operational standards, annual operating plans, and management systems.
• Plan warehouse layouts and equipment configurations.
• Drive warehouse standardization, digital transformation, and smart warehouse initiatives to continuously improve operational efficiency.

End-to-End Warehouse Operations

• Oversee all warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, inventory control, cycle counting, picking, packing, and order fulfillment.
• Monitor key operational KPIs, including inventory accuracy, stock turnover, productivity, and service performance.
• Optimize workflows, warehouse processes, and resource allocation to improve operational efficiency while reducing errors and inventory losses.

Cost Management & Continuous Improvement

• Analyze warehouse cost structures, including labor, equipment, and facility utilization.
• Develop and implement cost optimization initiatives without compromising operational quality.
• Promote process improvements, Lean methodologies, and warehouse automation solutions.
• Monitor labor productivity and warehouse space utilization to continuously improve operational performance.

Leadership, People Management & Risk Control

• Recruit, coach, develop, and manage warehouse teams.
• Foster a high-performance culture focused on accountability, engagement, and continuous learning.
• Build effective organizational structures to support business growth.
• Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety regulations and company policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of warehouse management experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Proven experience managing Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in Spanish and English, both written and spoken. Mandarin is considered a strong advantage.
• Solid knowledge of Health & Safety regulations and warehouse compliance standards.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and continuously evolving environment.
• Previous experience in e-commerce fulfillment or high-volume logistics operations would be highly desirable.
