Ria Money Transfer is seeking a Product Manager who is data-driven, outcome-focused, and ready to build. You’ll help define what we ship, improve our user experience, and ensure the product drives real business impact across web and mobile.

You’ll work closely with design, engineering, and regional teams to launch features, improve flows, and raise the standard for how people send money internationally. The role requires collaboration across time zones and a hybrid office setup.

Formación

• 3+ years of product experience in software, fintech, or online services.
• Fluent in English, with experience working across time zones and remote teams.
• Degree in business, design, engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• Deep expertise in at least one of: product data, UX design, or web development.
• Willing to work in a hybrid setup, with at least Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday in the office.
• Reside in the city where the position is based or be open to relocating.
• Authorized to work in the country where this role is based.
• Proven record of shipping and iterating on impactful products.
• Strong product sense and understanding of user behavior.
• Hands-on, with a bias for action and comfortable diving into the details.
• Able to zoom in and out between strategy and execution.
• Clear communicator who backs decisions with evidence.
• Familiar with tools like Segment, Amplitude, Branch, Posthog or Iterable.

Responsabilidades

• Discover opportunities from product data, customer input, and market signals.
• Write clear specs and collaborate with Design, Engineering, and QA to ship features.
• Own a segment of the customer journey and define success metrics.
• Align stakeholders by planning for compliance and local needs.
