LILT is seeking professional or semi-professional voice talents for an exciting project in AI language technology. We want a natural, conversational female voice (~35–55) with clear speech and authentic pauses, and you must have a high-quality home setup.

As an independent contractor, you set your schedule and workload. Compensation is competitive with prompt payments, and you’ll join a global community of linguists contributing to diverse AI and language projects.

Formación

• Able to follow technical recording requirements and provide demo samples.
• Comfortable with fast-turnaround projects and able to meet tight delivery deadlines.
• Open to licensing your voice for AI voice cloning / TTS training.

About The Opportunity

We are looking for professional or semi-professional voice talents with a passion for language and technology for an exciting project.

Voice characteristics:

Female, \"mature\" (~35–55 years old), natural rather than polished/robotic — retaining natural pauses, disfluencies, and natural word emphasis.

Personality and Tone:

1. Conversational and likeable for customers (e.g., friendly, empathetic, patient)

2. Natural and approachable in a dialogue

3. Intelligent, confident, engaged, and builds trust

4. Welcoming and accommodating without being earnest, sycophantic or too eager to please

5. Ability to convey the desired personality traits (e.g., friendly, confident, helpful)

Speech Quality and Clarity:

1. Easy to follow and clear

2. Consistent, moderate pace with natural pauses

Qualifications

• Must be native speaker of the target locale
• Experience with voice acting, narration, podcasting, or streaming

• Access to a professional or high-quality home recording setup

• Comfortable with fast-turnaround projects and able to meet tight delivery deadlines when engaged
• Open to licensing your voice for AI voice cloning / TTS training
• Depending on the project, you may undergo a test in our module to be subsequently vetted against all requirements.
