LILT is seeking professional voice talents for an exciting project focused on language and AI technologies. We welcome native speakers with experience in voice acting, narration, podcasting, or streaming and a reliable home recording setup.

As an independent contractor, you set your own schedule and rates, with fast payments for high-quality work. You may be asked to license your voice for AI/TTs training and to complete fast-turnaround projects from anywhere.

Formación

• Must be native speaker of the target locale.
• Experience with voice acting, narration, podcasting, or streaming.
• Access to a professional or high-quality home recording setup.
• Recording software, microphone, headset/speakers, audio interface, DAW and plugins, treated space.
• Able to follow technical requirements for recording (volume level, file naming, format, gaps between segments, etc.).
• Able to provide demo or voiceover samples.
• Comfortable with fast-turnaround projects and tight deadlines.
• Open to licensing your voice for AI voice cloning / TTS training.
• May undergo a test in our module to be vetted against requirements.

About The Opportunity

We are looking for professional or semi-professional voice talents with a passion for language and technology for an exciting project.

Voice characteristics:

Female, \"mature\" (~35–55 years old), natural rather than polished/robotic — retaining natural pauses, disfluencies, and natural word emphasis.

Personality and Tone:

1. Conversational and likeable for customers (e.g., friendly, empathetic, patient)

2. Natural and approachable in a dialogue

3. Intelligent, confident, engaged, and builds trust

4. Welcoming and accommodating without being earnest, sycophantic or too eager to please

5. Ability to convey the desired personality traits (e.g., friendly, confident, helpful)

Speech Quality and Clarity:

1. Easy to follow and clear

2. Consistent, moderate pace with natural pauses

Qualifications

• Must be native speaker of the target locale
• Experience with voice acting, narration, podcasting, or streaming

• Access to a professional or high-quality home recording setup

• Comfortable with fast-turnaround projects and able to meet tight delivery deadlines when engaged
• Open to licensing your voice for AI voice cloning / TTS training
• Depending on the project, you may undergo a test in our module to be subsequently vetted against all requirements.
