• 5 years of hands-on experience administering storage infrastructure and SAN networks.
• Strong knowledge of NetApp devices and tools such as TPC, BNA, Storage Insight.
• Fluent in Spanish (mandatory).

The Role

We are looking for a Storage Administrator with responsibilities including:

1. Day-to-day storage administration and engineering new solutions as needed.
2. Configuring, troubleshooting, patching, and upgrading storage networks.
3. Tuning and performance reporting for storage systems.
4. Performing security procedures and following policies to ensure compliance with regulatory and legal requirements.
5. Providing technical guidance to customers.
6. Creating and updating technical documentation.
7. Operating independently with minimal supervision.
8. Applying proven analytical and problem-solving skills.

Who You Are

• Knowledge of storage technology, deployment, administration, configuration, troubleshooting, and maintenance in an enterprise environment.
• 5 years of hands-on experience administering storage infrastructure and SAN networks (Brocade) at an enterprise level.
• Strong knowledge of NetApp devices and tools such as TPC, BNA, Storage Insight.
• Experience with incident, problem, and change control processes.
• Fluent in Spanish (mandatory).
