Amentum seeks a highly motivated Visit Support Team (VST) Analyst to support the Forward Deployed Regional Maintenance Center (FDRMC) mission across multiple overseas locations. The role combines operational coordination, travel system support, and technical data processing to enable Navy readiness assessments.

The analyst will work with the Assessment Director to validate tasking, manage DDT and logs, coordinate ship access and DTS/voucher processes, and deliver timely reports and logistics

Formación

• Active Secret Clearance required.
• 4+ years' experience with 3M System or Navy assessment software (OMMS-NG, AWN).
• 4+ years' experience with Navy Supply System and 3M processes (R-Supply, OneTouch, LogiQuest, Haystack).
• 4+ years' specialized experience in shipboard configuration management (CDMD-OA).
• Knowledge of Defense Travel System (DTS) and Joint Travel Regulations (JTR).
• Strong written and verbal communication; detail-oriented and organized.

Responsabilidades

• Provide technical and travel services during TSRA and BMDRA.
• Coordinate with the Assessment Director to validate tasking agendas and ship data.
• Maintain and update the Discrepancy Documentation Tool (DDT).
• Create subsystem binders and standard materials for assessments.
• Manage ship access and system permissions (AWN, OMMS-NG, R-Supply).
• Track and input repair 2-Kilos for JFMM compliance into the DDT.
• Generate daily and final reports: Parts Reports, Action Summaries, CMP status.
• Monitor the VSB program and resolve data discrepancies with TYCOM.
• Provide DTS guidance and act as Non-Approving Routing Official.
• Assist logistics for INSURV inspections; support assessors check-in/log.
