A fast-growing iGaming company based in Southern Spain is seeking an experienced VIP Manager to enhance player engagement and loyalty. The ideal candidate will have over 3 years in VIP or Account Management, with a strong grasp of player behavior metrics and excellent Spanish communication skills. Responsibilities include building a VIP program, managing key player relationships, and using data for personalized marketing. Formación

Your mission

We are on the lookout for an experienced, people-centric VIP Manager to lead the way in building and maintaining strong, lasting relationships with our most valued players. Your mission will be to be the face of the brand for high-value customers, offering a tailored, white-glove service that increases loyalty, drives lifetime value (LTV), and enhances the overall player experience.

What We’re Looking For
  • 3+ years of experience in VIP or Account Management in iGaming, online entertainment, or luxury customer service.
  • Strong understanding of player behaviour and KPIs like LTV, ARPU, CLV, retention rates, etc.
  • Excellent communication skills in Spanish (English and/or Portuguese is a plus).
  • Natural relationship-builder with emotional intelligence and a commercial mindset.
  • Comfortable with CRM tools, segmentation, and campaign analysis.
  • Self-driven, strategic thinker with a "player-first" approach.
  • Willing to travel occasionally for events or player meetups (if applicable).
Your profile
  • Own the VIP Strategy – Build and manage the full VIP program from onboarding to retention and reactivation, tailored to LATAM and global markets.
  • Relationship Management – Serve as the primary contact for VIP players, engaging via chat, phone, email, and events.
  • Data-Driven Personalisation – Use player data and insights (LTV, ARPU, activity patterns) to offer personalised promotions and rewards.
  • Retention & Reactivation – Proactively manage churn and drive reactivation through timely outreach and player-first service.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration – Work closely with CRM, Product, Compliance, and Customer Support to align experiences and messaging.
  • VIP Campaigns & Events – Plan exclusive events (online and offline), personalised gifts, and promotions to delight our top-tier players.
  • Feedback Loop – Act as the voice of the customer, sharing insights and suggestions to improve our product and player journey.
