We're looking for a Video Editor to join our Creative & Content team in Barcelona. You'll be the person who turns raw footage and ideas into content people actually want to watch, whether that's a 15-second social clip or a 10-minute case study. This position will be based in Barcelona, Spain.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Your work will range from snappy, scroll-stopping content for LinkedIn and Instagram to longer pieces like customer testimonials, webinar edits, event recaps, and internal interviews. You'll need to be comfortable switching between formats and finding the right tone for each, from punchy and playful to polished and professional.

This role isn't just about cutting footage. We need someone who can add motion graphics, bring energy to talking heads, and make complex topics feel accessible.

  • Edit short-form video content for social media: Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube. Fast turnaround, high impact, designed to stop the scroll.
  • Produce longer-form content, including customer case studies, webinar recordings, event wrap-ups, and thought leadership pieces.
  • Create motion graphics, animations, and visual effects to enhance videos and bring data or concepts to life.
  • Occasionally support in-house video shoots, helping with interviews, events, or internal content when needed.
  • Repurpose content across formats, turning a 30-minute webinar into bite-sized clips or transforming a case study into multiple social assets.
  • Work closely with the wider marketing team to align video content with campaigns, product launches, and brand initiatives.
  • Maintain and develop video templates, ensuring consistency across all our content while leaving room for creativity.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
  • Experience: 2 to 4 years as a video editor. You should have a good eye for what makes content engaging.
  • Editing skills: You're confident in Premiere Pro or Final Cut. You know how to pace a story, cut for engagement, and deliver polished work under tight deadlines.
  • Motion graphics: Solid After Effects skills. You can create title cards, animated text, name tags for interviews, transitions, and simple animations that elevate the final product.
  • AI fluency: You're already using AI tools for video and audio production. Whether that's generating clips with Runway or Sora, creating voiceovers with Eleven Labs, or experimenting with other platforms for b-roll, effects, or automation. We want someone who's curious about these tools and knows how to make them work.
  • Creative range: You can shift gears between a fun, punchy social clip and a serious customer testimonial without losing quality or authenticity in either.
  • Organisation: You manage your own projects, keep files organised, and can juggle multiple deliverables without dropping the ball.
NICE TO HAVE
  • Experience in B2B, SaaS, or technology companies.
  • Sound design and audio mixing skills. Knowing how to clean up interview audio or add subtle sound effects makes a real difference.
  • Experience with colour grading and creating a consistent visual style across content.
  • Basic shooting skills. Being comfortable setting up a camera, lighting, and audio for in-house interviews is a plus, though not essential.
