OBRAMAT España is a leading distributor in the renovation and construction market, part of Grupo Adeo. Reporting to the Sector Manager, you will contribute to customer satisfaction and sales development, ensuring an excellent shopping experience. The role involves stocking, signage, and team collaboration in a high-volume store setting in Madrid.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum three months of experience as a salesperson-replenisher in a distribution/retail company.
• Previous experience in customer service.
• Reside in the province of the vacant position and have the possibility to travel to the store by own vehicle or public transport.

Aufgaben

• Ensure correct customer service and sales according to the Sales Plan.
• Collaborate and implement commercial operations and make improvement suggestions to better respond to customer needs.
• Maintain your section focusing on the placement, replenishment, and signage of merchandise.
• Manage the section's stock according to your Manager's instructions.
• Comply with safety regulations.
• Collaborate with your team within the framework of the company's values.
• Participate in the life of the store, live and make the company project come alive.
