Évolution Synergétique in Madrid, Spain, is seeking a Vehicle Development Engineer to develop and integrate vehicle systems and components, ensuring that their design, performance, and interfaces meet the overall vehicle requirements.

The role requires translating vehicle-level requirements into design specifications and performing modelling and validation for systems such as fuel-cell, high-voltage battery, electric motors, DC/DC converters, and power distribution units, collaborating with

Translate vehicle and component requirements into design specifications and performance targets.
Analyse technical datasheets and perform system modelling and trade-off studies.
Collaborate with vehicle architecture, mechanical, electrical, software, control and validation teams.
Ensure safety, energy, thermal, and integration requirements are met for high-voltage systems.

Responsabilidades

Define vehicle and component requirements and ensure traceability to specifications.
Analyse component datasheets and supplier documentation; evaluate against performance goals.
Design and integrate vehicle systems within the assigned technical area and develop electrical schematics and diagrams.
Perform calculations for system sizing, energy consumption, and thermal performance; model configurations and control strategies.
Support the design and integration of high-voltage vehicle systems including insulation and safety requirements.
