Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Developer with 7 to 10 years of experience in SFDC Development and Customization. The ideal candidate will have expertise in SFDC Data Veeva Core SFDC Lightning and SFDC Configuration. A background in Bioinformatics is a plus. This hybrid role requires proficiency in both Spanish and English with no travel required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and customize Salesforce applications to meet business requirements ensuring high performance and reliability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement SFDC solutions that align with company objectives.
• Utilize SFDC Lightning to enhance user interfaces and improve user experience across platforms.
• Manage and maintain SFDC data integrity and security ensuring compliance with industry standards.
• Implement Veeva Core solutions to streamline business processes and improve operational efficiency.
• Configure SFDC applications to optimize workflows and support business growth.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for SFDC applications ensuring minimal downtime.
• Conduct regular system audits and prepare reports on system performance and usage.
• Stay updated with the latest SFDC technologies and best practices to continuously improve system capabilities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Develop and maintain documentation for SFDC processes and configurations.
• Ensure seamless integration of SFDC applications with other enterprise systems.
• Mentor junior developers and provide guidance on SFDC best practices.

Qualifications

• Possess strong expertise in SFDC Development and Customization with a proven track record of successful projects.
• Demonstrate proficiency in SFDC Data management and security protocols.
• Exhibit advanced skills in SFDC Lightning for user interface enhancements.
• Have experience with Veeva Core solutions and their implementation.
• Show capability in SFDC Configuration to support business needs.
• Display knowledge of Bioinformatics as a domain skill is advantageous.
