Ethos is seeking experienced venture capital associates to help train their latest language model on professional presentation and slide deck tasks. You will create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated materials across deal memos, IC decks, market maps, portfolio reviews, and founder updates.

This fully remote, flexible role offers $100 per hour and 5-20 hours per week with ASAP start; strong PowerPoint craftsmanship and written communication are essential.

Formación

• 3+ years in an investing role at a venture capital or growth equity fund.
• Experience producing IC memos, market maps, and LP materials.
• Expert-level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks across core workflows: deal memos and IC decks, market map exhibits, portfolio review presentations, fund LP update decks, and founder-facing materials.
